2. Satisfaction guaranteed: If your dog or cat doesn’t like the food or if you’re unhappy with the results, contact us.
3. Easy return: Return the product to the store where you bought it, along with your proof of purchase.
4. Full refund: Once the product is returned, we’ll exchange it or give you a full refund.

Conditions:

The return policy applies only to purchases made from our authorized retailers.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and with more than half of its contents remaining.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
